My client wishes to recruit a Senior Manager with a background in Grocery and Supermarket management . This is a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate with depth of experience
Ideally you will
- Have a minimum of 7 years store management experience, having managed a flagship store or cluster of stores
- Display superb commercial acumen and business awareness
- Possess excellent mentoring skills with a passion for developing your team
- Enjoy working in a flat structure, taking owenrship of all aspects of running a retail business
- Have an indepth knowledge of dealing with direct supliers
- Have managed a sales based ordering system
- Possess strong visual skills
- Enjoy working in a fast paced retail environment
