Our client is an established European company delivering the very best in graphic design, adhesive tape systems and reflective solutions. An opportunity has now arisen for a Marketing Account Executive to join their team on a 9 month contract.
If you have marketing experience, this is an opportunity too good to be missed. For the right person, there is the potential for this position to become permanent.
You will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of our client’s European marketing strategy. You will be evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
You’ll take ownership of regional marketing activities. This will include planning marketing, campaign management (both online and offline), attending tradeshows and producing collateral and client-facing materials.
You’ll also analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, particularly looking at response rates, analytics and ROI to assess the success and directly influence future campaigns.
As a Marketing Account Executive, your duties will include:
- Collecting and analysing category data such as competition, markets and customers’ needs
- Controlling and developing the marketing budget
- Liaising with third party agencies where required to develop and deliver the marketing plan
- Liaising with commercial managers to develop and create sales and marketing tools
- Working with the sales department to develop and expand all areas of lead generation
To be considered for this role, you must have traditional in-house marketing experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook are also essential.

Additionally, as a Marketing Account Executive, you will demonstrate the ability to work on a number of projects simultaneously while maintaining a high quality of work. A strong desire and determination to succeed is also key.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in another European language, in addition to English, such as German, French, Spanish or Italian. A degree in a relevant discipline, such as Marketing is desirable, but not essential.
