Key 2 Recruitment has been retained to recruit a Head Chef for an exceptional new fine dining restaurant in Co Clare. The premise is decorated to an exceptional standard, has a prime location and has the potential to be on of the best restaurants in the mid west.
This role is suitable for an experienced Head with previous experience in a 4/5* hotel or fine dining restaurant.
Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the kitchen, including coordinating the activities and training for all chefs and kitchen personnel to ensure a safe, efficient and profitable service.
Maximize the profitability of the Kitchen operation through effective cost controls. Maintain
consistent standards of service, ensuring customer satisfaction while creating a
work environment that supports the organizational values.
The ideal candidate for this positions:
Must have previous experience in a similar role
Experience developing budgets and forecasts and managing food costs.
