We currently have a vacancy for a Supply Chain Project Manager based in Cork.

Job Purpose
The successful candidate will be required to assist in the definition and establishment of practices, processes and IT systems to ensure the flawless execution of the transfers of systems to the company. They will need to ensure that there are sufficient resources available in each of the impacted functional areas to support the program. You will work with all areas of the Supply Chain (manufacturing, 3rd Party, inventory, demand, International Supply Chain Group), the MD&D In Market Supply Chain and others.

Responsibilities:

· Supply Chain Mapping Project and AIP concepts Assist in the development of the overall the company roadmap through data analysis of the codes with the company’s portfolio.

· Conduct the initial supply chain risk assessment for each of the executions in the pipeline covering Inventory build to cover registration times, understanding the profile of the countries and devise class type driving the inventory numbers Dual source supply risks for the existing process

· The resources required from all departments to cover the activities.

· Stakeholder identification for each of the project executions.

· Work with regulatory in developing the project plan/ timelines for the sequencing of registrations by product family for each execution.

· Co-ordinate with central and in market supply chain to understand inventory coverage and any shortages that may occur due to protracted registration timelines in market.

Requirements:

· Project Management Certification or experience equivalent to 3 years project leadership and educated to a Degree level or equivalent Qualification

· Minimum 3 years Supply Chain or associated experience

· High-level MS Applications knowledge (excel and access)

· Flexible with travel – up to 20%.

· Strong analytical and numerical skills with good attention to detail.

· Project management experience.

· Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.

· Ability to effectively manage Cross-functional, Virtual and Global teams

· Excellent communication skills (verbal, visual and written).

· Drive, energy and enthusiasm for delivering to commitments.

· Some formal Training/Education in Supply Chain/Logistics

· An awareness of regulatory environment or medical device sectors is desirable.
