We are currently recruiting an experienced Deputy Manager for a busy high profile Munster Hotel. Successful candidate will have 3-4 years 4/5* Hotel Assistant Management experience, will have managed in a similar luxury business environment ideally in a high end Corporate and Leisure Hotel with substantial Rooms, Events and Food and Beverage Business. This lovely property, enjoys a great location and offers wonderful guest facilities and service. Key part of your role will be to manage all daily operations, staffing, hotel presentation, Rooms, Conference, Wedding, banquet and general Food and Beverage business to the highest standards.
