If you’re a qualified solicitor, this is a unique and challenging opportunity to join an expanding market leading private company which operates in a demanding multinational environment.
As a General Commercial Solicitor, you’ll be responsible for providing legal support on a wide variety of litigation matters affecting the business.
This is a generalist role involving a mixture of contentious and non contentious work, including litigation and general commercial contract matters.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must:
- Be a qualified solicitor
- Have experience as a solicitor in a commercial environment working on contentious and non-contentious work including litigation and general contract matters
- Possess a proven track record of reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and an excellent understanding of tactical nuances of running litigation matters
Equally important, as a General Commercial Solicitor, you’ll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
